Chia pudding is the perfect healthy breakfast or snack. It’s creamy, satisfying and loaded with protein and fibre. Vegan, gluten-free, paleo and keto.
3-4 Tablespoons Tasti Chia Seeds
1 cup milk (plant based milk for a vegan option)
1/2 Tablespoon maple syrup, honey or sweetener of choice
Berries or other fruit, granola, peanut butter etc...
1. In a bowl, stir together Tasti Chia Seeds, milk and sweetener.
2. Once the chia pudding mixture is well combined, let it sit for 5 minutes, give it another stir, cover and put the mixture in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours or overnight. Make sure your chia pudding is nice and thick - if it's slightly liquidy, add a TBS of chia seeds and pop in the fridge for another half hour.
3. When ready to serve, add your toppings and enjoy. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container or mason jar.
