Festive Tropical Pavlova

It’s not a Kiwi Christmas without pavlova! Try this Festive Tropical Pavlova, layered with fresh fruit, passionfruit pulp and mint. And to save you time, why not use a store bought pavlova!

INGREDIENTS

1 store bought pavlova

400ml cream

1/2 cup Tasti Coconut Chips (lightly toasted)

1/3 cup Tasti Almond Slices

1/3 cup Tasti Ready To Eat Apricots (diced)

4 TBS Tasti Passionfruit Pulp

1/2 kiwifruit (sliced)

1 mango (diced)

1/4 pineapple (sliced)

A few mint leaves and edible flower to decorate

METHOD

1. In a large bowl or stand mixer, whip the cream until soft peaks form.


2. Spread cream over the top of the pavlova. Drizzle over the passionfruit pulp, letting the pulp drip over the edges slightly.


3. Arrange mango, pineapple, kiwifruit, apricots almond slices and coconut chips. Add edible flowers and mint to decorate.
