Homemade Muesli

Simple and delicious toasted muesli with nuts, seeds, coconut and ginger. This muesli is a healthy, homemade breakfast. A ribbon-tied jar of it makes a delightful edible gift this Christmas!


1/2 cup Tasti Hemp Seeds

1/2 cup Tasti Coconut Chips

1/3 cup Tasti Sesame Seeds

1/3 cup Tasti Pumpkin Seeds

1/3 cup Tasti Sunflower Seeds

1/3 cup Tasti Cashew Nuts

1/3 cup Tasti Almond Slices

1/3 cup Tasti Brasil Nuts

1/3 cup Tasti Crystallised Ginger

2 cups jumbo oats

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup manuka honey


1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.

2. Melt olive oil, brown sugar and manuka honey.

3. Pour mixture over the remainder of the ingredients and mix well.

4. Spread onto lined oven tray and bake for 30 minutes unitl golden.

5. Let cool completely before transferring to jars. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
